The U.S. News & World Report once again named Â鶹¹ÙÍø Dartmouth a top performer on social mobility in its 2026 edition, ranking No. 110 among all U.S. institutions and second-highest among public universities in New England. Social mobility is an important metric that measures how well colleges and universities graduate economically disadvantaged students.
Out of 433 institutions ranked, Â鶹¹ÙÍø Dartmouth placed in the top 25% nationwide and was the highest-ranked university in New England with fewer than 10,000 students.
