The first student from Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law to be accepted as a Rappaport fellow, Megan Beyer JD '16 chose Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law because of its public interest mission.
Public interest mission
Megan Beyer is the first student from Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law to be accepted as a Rappaport fellow. The public interest fellowship chooses twelve law students a year from the Greater Boston area. Megan applied for the fellowship because of its public interest mission, which was also a deciding factor when she applied to Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law.
“Ever since I was little, I always wanted to be a lawyer so I could help people,” Megan said. “I truly believe that Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law has that mission in mind.”
After being accepted to all of the eight law schools that she applied, Megan decided to attend Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law. “I chose Â鶹¹ÙÍø Law because I truly think we’re on the rise and we’re going to do great things,” she said.
